Access to Arch Portal

Arch can set up access for users within a broker. Arch requires the following:

- Name
- Job Title
- Email Address
- Telephone Number

Individual usernames and temporary passwords will be provided. As soon as this is done, two emails will be issued.  The first will verify your email address. Please then change your temporary password.

If these emails do not appear in your Inbox, remember to check your Junk mail folder.

Your company IT security policy may also prevent this email from landing in your main inbox. Please also check this or engage your IT department if you still have not received the setup email.

Login

From the Home Screen, click ‘Login’ in the top right-hand corner & then enter your Username & Password.

If you are experiencing issues with your username or password, select the ‘I forgot my username or password’ option. This will prompt you to enter either your username (if you have forgotten your password) or your email address (if you have forgotten your username).
